Wow for it being January during a pandemic, I am shocked at how much there is to do this week. Whether you prefer to stay at home or you want to interact while being socially distanced, there are lots of online and in-person events to attend! If you happen to be in Jacksonville tomorrow, keep an eye out for me! Jacksonville has live music all over the joint, and all of it is done in safe socially distanced places.
I know that not everyone is comfortable doing things in person right now, even if socially distanced. That being said there are several things below that can be done virtually, including the Birds that Winter in the Rogue Valley Zoom meeting. Maybe they can explain why I still have hummingbirds in my yard!
Now, here’s what’s going on this week…
FRIDAY, JANUARY 22
Dancin Live Music, Jacksonville
4th Friday Open Mic at Pony Espresso, Jacksonville
Birds that Winter in the Rogue Valley, Virtual
SATURDAY, JANUARY 23

FEATURED JACKSON COUNTY BUSINESS

Parkhurst Wine Cellars
This week’s Jackson County hotspot is Parkhurst Wine Cellars! I love this place so much because they not only offer great wines but there is a story behind every detail. Have you ever tried their wine before? If not, unfortunately after the fire their tasteing room had to close, but you can still check them out online at parkhurstwine.com or visit Harry and David’s, Margo’s, or Ashland Wine Cellar. What was your favorite Parkhurst wine?

Have a great week!
